Unexpected kindness during a crisis
Our stay was remarkable due to the integrity of the staff when they called us to retrieve our lost luggage. The rooms provided comfort after long days of exploring.
Navigating the steep streets can be a bit challenging at times. A clearer guide for public transit options would have been helpful, especially for tourists unfamiliar with the area.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated.
The steep incline from Union Square was extremely challenging, especially with luggage. I found myself utterly exhausted after each walk back, and my request for assistance with the kettle was met with confusion rather than help. The constant noise from the traffic outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, which was very disappointing.

Navigating those steep streets left me huffing!!! Plus, clearer directions for public transport would really benefit newcomers. I struggled with hauling my bags uphill, not the easiest experience!!! The noise from the traffic made sleep a challenge.

Had an absolute blast exploring the culinary scene nearby! Uncle Vito's Pizzeria served up slices that seriously hit the spot after a day of adventuring. Plus, the kitchenette in our One-Bedroom Suite was perfect for whipping up breakfast treats. The daily newspaper delivery was such a classy touch!
The steep incline from Union Square had us huffin' and puffin'. A little tip, we found it easier to take the train from the station and catch a bus up.

Comfortable Stay with Convenient Access
Enjoyed a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen allowed for easy family meals, and the recent transport options from the MUNI Metro made exploring a breeze. Be ready for the uphill walk, but it’s worth it for the location! Consider bringing light luggage if walking uphill is a challenge.

The apartment offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenient amenities, featuring a well-equipped kitchen ideal for family meals. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel at ease with their valuable local recommendations. A highlight was the prime location, with easy access to attractions and public transport right outside our door. However, navigating the nearby steep streets posed some challenges, and a clearer guide for public transit options would have been helpful. Additionally, a single parking experience took longer than expected, which could be improved.

I had a wonderful time in a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for making meals. The delivery of fresh roses to my room was an unexpected and lovely surprise. However, I did notice that the room photos made it seem a bit larger than it actually was. I would definitely choose this place again!

The one-bedroom apartment felt spacious and had all the essentials. The well-equipped kitchenette made meal prep easy and lively. I could see the cable cars from the window, which was a fun touch. Despite the central location, the apartment remained surprisingly quiet at night. However, getting there was a bit cumbersome. The steep incline from Union Square made hauling bags a challenge, especially if you’re not fit. Also, navigating the public transport isn’t intuitive, and clearer directions would really help visitors. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable setup, but the uphill walk is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore with bags. Even though I had an unexpected situation where my luggage was stolen, their quick communication about it was commendable.
